News of Kiri & Lord 2009

1st of July: It is a nice feeling over and over again to observe Kiri in the free nature. Nevertheless, the walks with which she accompanies me are nicest. Besides, she flies of tree to tree and comes occasionally sometimes to me down flown, or she stays down comfortably on me and can be carried from me by the area.

On the video we have taken up sometimes such a walk by the wood. I let the decoration on my shoulder, besides, with pleasure about myself go out. Then at the end of the video she has flown in a tree and has stayed behind only in the wood. Then 2 hours later she has knocked in the window, so that I get them in.

27th of July: In this summer we richly had the thunderstorms which have been also very violent. Kiri does not disturb this, but on the contrary if the first thunder is to be heard a long way off and the door is open, she still flies out fast. If she already is outdoors, she cannot be also lured in. The bath in the thunderstorm rain and the blasts of wind are for them apparently a welcome change. I have certainly more fear around them, than they themselves.

1st of August: My neighbour has taken up very nice photos of Kiri from which I would like to show you a small choice.

28th of August: To take pictures of Kiri if it flies, is very difficult. Therefore, have forbearance that the new photos are not so excellent, as the previous ones.

10th of September: These admissions have originated with the walk in the afternoon by chance when my neighbours tried out her new I Phone. Kiri flies since some time also to other, but as to me is known, only to people them knows and if I am nearby. I hope that this also remains so.
