1st December: Now, finally, it is to be filmed to me successfully both Greens sometimes with the crows. In seven, about 20-metre-high trees on the river, more than 20 crows were distributed and in the middle in it I heard warbling Kiri and Rico. First I was procured that they tangle with the immense majority to crows. Apparently they can estimate her situation quite well and put her behaviour accordingly. After a 1/4 hour the district was free of crows and they have also flown away.

13th December: 3 days ago Kiri and Rico came to the trees on the river and I could still film them, however, then they have flown away shortly after 16 o'clock once again and did not come back. At night it got cold about 0 degrees and them then came in the morning home. The next day they apparently had no desire to the excursion and I have kept them inside. Today the weather was not also especially, but they wanted out. So I let them fly at 9 o'clock. To my surprise Kiri already knocked at 13 o'clock in the window and both have come immediately to me.

16th December: Rico goes since do not start August till present at all and Kiri only seldom to the feeding bowl. They are content with the par delicacies them of me preserved (they got only 1/2 walnut, a piece of fruit and some cake in the greeting) and supply themselves otherwise in the nature itself. I have put together sometimes par sequences from the last 4 weeks which they show with the "own care".

17th December: Today they have already come back at 13 o'clock and Kiri has knocked again in the window, so that I get them in. Luckily I had the camera handy and could take up it sometimes.

21st December: I had already feared the worst and to report myself on it prepared at this point about the fact that I have lost Kiri for good. Emotionally and morally on the ground and with frustration to the forthcoming holidays thinking, I have already poured tears.

What had happened? On the Monday afternoon Kiri and Rico had come back quite early and Kiri had also landed with me on the shoulder. However, suddenly they have flown away again and shortly before burglary of the darkness Rico came only home.

The next morning I was since the daybreak outdoors and have waited in vain for Kiri. Then after the breakfast I leave Rico out. He has shouted an hour 1/2 in the trees nearby according to after her, but there came no answer. When he had flown away then, I have held in the village unsuccessfully after both looks out. Only in the evening Rico has appeared again and he did a very much distraught impression.

Yesterday was with us throughout the day wet-cold weather and there I did not leave Rico out. Nothing was far and wide to be heard from Kiri and to see. My hope to see again Kiri ever living sank against zero.

Today at the midday I believed somewhat of her to have belonged and I seen them in the birch before the house. Already from below I could recognise that with her was not a little bit in order. Then, finally, after longer call she came on the roof, in my reach, flown. Their right wing hung down and one looked to her at the strain which it has done by.

I cannot describe my joy to you at all. To the reunion there were only sometimes delicacies up to declining. A consultation with my veterinarian confirmed to me that it cannot concern to happy way a break or one from the joint. Par days rest and a lot of love will contribute certainly to her recovery.

22nd December: Only Today it has become conscious by me so properly which strain Kiri by must have done to struggle the way home by in 3 days. Today she has already fallen on a flight from my shoulder to the window (1 metre) and has landed on the sofa. I have done sometimes pictures of her damaged wing.

Occasionally she holds him, however, also again in normal position. Externally no injuries are to be seen. Most probably she has flown in the dusk against a branch. In any case, she has prepared for me, with her homecoming, the nicest Christmas present that I can fancy!

29th December: Kiri has recovered and flies again in the flat. After the holidays I become they, as soon as the weather admits it, allow to freely fly again.
